Scam Warning

Currently, skillful scam companies posing as official housing agents and congress organizers have been targeting participants and exhibitors of international conferences. Fraudulent practices include fake websites, fake emails and deceptive cold-calling. Although these agencies may offer attractive pricing e.g. for hotel rooms or advertising possibilities, the consequences of engaging in a transaction with such an unauthorised partner is not clear and could lead to financial loss or non-delivery of services e.g. hotel room not available on check-in.

We are taking precautions to protect our participants, partners and faculty also by informing you of the situation and we are always available for questions at eprw@interplan.de or +49 89 54 82 34 62.

We strongly advise that you trust only the authorized partners of EPRW2024  as endorsed on the official congress website.

Official correspondence from the congress organizers will always be sent from the following domain: ….@interplan.de. We recommend that you do respond to any email or phone call from any other agency that is not listed above.
